There you go, your cocoa is now well preserved :-)

Cocoa is like coffee.

If left in its original bag, it deteriorates rapidly.

Even if you fold it and close it with tape or a clothespin, you will always get the same result:

Very compact powder and a really terrible taste, I know what I'm talking about;-)

To keep your cocoa for a long time without altering its taste, trust me.

there are not 36 solutions, you have to put it in a dark airtight jar , preferably in glass or metal.

And don't forget to place the pot in a dry, dark place away from moisture and light.

The trick is to store it in a closet which is not above the hobs in the kitchen.

You will see that by doing this, the cocoa will keep all its good taste.

And you can even flavor it by adding a vanilla pod...

Or why not a little cinnamon for even more flavors!

Savings achieved

Hermetic jars can be found for less than 2€ at home decor and equipment stores.

At that price it's worth taking a few.

they make it possible to keep pure cocoa or chocolate powder for children for several months instead of a few weeks.

And do not hesitate to buy jars to store other fragile foods such as coffee, flour or powdered milk.

It's a worthwhile investment that will save you from wasting your money on throwing away food.
