Ingredients

- 200 g of spaghetti

- 20 ml of olive oil

- 1 oil spray bottle

- 200 g parmesan

- 12 meatballs

- 200g tomato sauce

- a few basil leaves

- a muffin tray (12 muffins)

- a spatula

How to

1. Boil a large pot of water.

2. Add the spaghetti for 7 minutes until cooked al dente.

3. Drain the pasta.

4. Put them in a salad bowl.

5. Pour in the olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.

6. Stir well.

7. Put the pasta dish in the fridge.

8. Leave to cool for 15 min.

9. Take it out of the fridge.

10. Pour about 150 g of grated parmesan over the pasta.

11. Mix well.

12. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

13. Put some oil in your oil spray bottle and spray it generously on your muffin pan.

14. Make small piles of spaghetti in each of the 12 muffin cups, arranging them in a circle, like little nests.

Note: To make the shape of the nests more easily, take a shot glass and press the bottom of the glass lightly on your small pile of pasta.

15. Top with a tablespoon of your favorite tomato sauce.

16. Place a meatball on each small pile of tomato spaghetti.

17. Pour over another tablespoon of tomato sauce.

18. Sprinkle the dish with Parmesan.

19. Put it in the oven for 20 min until the cheese is melted.

20. With the blade of a round knife, gently loosen the pasta so that you can place it on a dish.

21. Using a spatula, take out the spaghetti muffins to put them in a dish.

22. Sprinkle with a little parmesan and fresh basil.

23. Serve immediately.
