Ingredients

- 1 roast of 1 kg

- 6 tablespoons of liquid honey

- 2 tablespoons of mustard

- 30 cl of white wine

- a few sprigs of thyme

- 1 onion

- 1 pinch of nutmeg

- 1 knob of butter

- salt, pepper

How to

Preparation: 10 mins - Cooking: 60-90 min - For 6 people

1. Preheat the oven to 180° (thermostat 6).

2. Butter the dish.

3. Chop the onion.

4. In a bowl, mix the honey and mustard.

5. With a brush, coat the roast with this mixture.

6. Place the roast in the dish.

7. Strip the thyme and put it on the roast.

8. Add the minced onion, nutmeg and wine to the dish.

9. Season with salt and pepper.

10. Cook the meat for 1h30.
