Ingredients

- 200 g of flour

- 100g of sugar

- 500 ml of milk

- 5 eggs

- 20g semi-salted butter

- 2 tablespoons of rum

How to

Preparation: 6 mins - Cooking: 50 min - For 6 people

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Put the milk and butter in the saucepan and heat over low heat to melt the butter.

3. Put the sugar in the bowl and break the eggs with it.

4. Whisk the sugar and the eggs together.

5. Add the flour little by little.

6. Whisk to obtain a homogeneous and smooth paste.

7. Slowly add the milk and stir. The dough must remain homogeneous.
