An easy and inexpensive dessert recipe that I love.

An easy and inexpensive dessert recipe that I love.

If you are looking for a super good, fast and above all not dear , I offer you my recipe for chocolate bananas. You tell me the news !

When I don't have time to make myself a super fondant and I'm a little tired of eating fruit yogurts, I make myself a little chocolate banana.

For the ingredients, it's super simple. We just need:

-a few bananas (one fruit per guest)

-a bar of dark or milk chocolate

-aluminum foil.

First of all, I preheat my oven at 200°C , which corresponds to a 6-7 thermostat. Then I take my bananas and I split them slightly, lengthwise .

You can leave the bananas in their skins if you want. Personally, I prefer to peel them.

Then I take my chocolate squares and place them in the banana slot. 3 squares are more than enough, but if you are greedy, you can of course add more.

Then, I wrap the bananas in aluminum foil then put them in the oven. A little tip:to prevent the chocolate from flowing too much, I try, if possible, to place my papillotes slit upwards.

I let everything cook 10 to 15 minutes , and it's ready!

All you have to do is serve as is on a plate. If you like to combine flavors, you can always add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. But it's optional of course!

Savings Achieved

I make this recipe often for several reasons. First, I admit, I never get tired of it and then, I find it really cheap.

A kilo of bananas in season generally costs €1.24. For chocolate, there are very good bars at €1.30.

Then, I like it a lot because when I want to treat myself or with my friends, but I'm a little too lazy to cook, I take out this recipe. And to be honest, nobody ever complains about it!

So, who tested my recipe? Get started, give your opinion!
