How to Reduce Broccoli &Cauliflower Odors while Cooking?

Does the smell of broccoli and cauliflower bother you? Discover without further delay how to reduce its odors that are a little too fragrant while cooking your vegetables.

Broccoli and cauliflower are vegetables that tend to give off a funny smell when steamed!

Personally, I don't like it at all, it's really repulsive (even though it's very good!).

To get rid of these untimely smells in my kitchen, I simply add the crust of a slice of stale bread when cooking my vegetables which will absorb all the bad smells.

In order for my trick to work best, I remove the most bread possible before adding it to my preparation so that there is no risk of finding it in my dish!

Of course, at the end of the cooking, I don't forget to remove the bread from my pressure cooker;-)

Have you ever used this trick to get rid of bad smells? If you know of another, don't hesitate to tell us about it in the comments.
