Not sure how to finish your jar of mayonnaise?
It's infuriating to throw it away while there's still some left in it...
I was like you until I discovered a trick to finish the jar of mayonnaise entirely.
The trick is to make it into a vinaigrette for the salad:
1. Add a little olive oil to the mayonnaise jar.
2. Add a little vinegar.
3. Add some herbs and spices.
4. Close the jar with the lid and shake it well.
Voila, by combining these ingredients with the remaining mayo, you have just made the perfect dressing for the salad.
Simple, practical and efficient :-)
And what's more, it's economical, because you don't waste anything!
