Sprinkle the lemon flesh with fine salt. The next time you use your lemon, remove the first slice of the salted lemon.

3. Immerse it in water

Immerse your lemon in a glass of water, submerged flesh down.

4. Put it in water, without peel

If you have removed the zest from the lemon, immerse it in a bowl filled with water. Change the water daily and store in the refrigerator.
