Ingredients (for 6 people)

- 1 goat's cheese dung per person, or a goat's cheese log.

- 1 country bread.

- a salad, a lamb's lettuce for example.

- 2 or 3 tomatoes.

- 2 or 3 apples.

- Liquid honey.

- Olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C on the grill position.

2. Cut slices of country bread. Set them aside.

3. Wash and peel the apples.

4. Cut them into thin slices.

5. Wash the tomatoes.

6. Cut them into small dice.

7. Wash the lettuce and spin dry.

8. On each plate, arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, apple wedges.

9. Put a goat cheese on each slice of bread. If it is thick, cut it in half widthwise.

10. Drizzle with olive oil.

11. Put them in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Watch them carefully so that the cheese does not become too liquid. It should be creamy.

12. Prepare the vinaigrette with the mustard, then the vinegar and finally the olive oil, salt and pepper.

13. Place the goat cheese toast on the salad.

14. Sprinkle a little honey on each toast.

15. Serve immediately.

My advice:To treat you, it is better that the goat cheese is lukewarm. So prepare the salad in advance and the toast at the last moment.

You can add a few Provencal herbs to hot cheeses, bacon bits, grapes, nuts to give your salad even more flavor.
