Then you probably know the Fluff, this soft and sweet marshmallow paste.
The small pot is extremely expensive, so we offer you a homemade recipe, easy to make.
It only requires chocolate chips, milk and lots of marshmallows, with which you will create a dough to dip cookies, fingers, bread...
- Chocolate Chips
- Milk
- Marshmallows
1. In a saucepan, heat a handful of chocolate chips over low heat.
2. Put a handful of marshmallows in it.
3. Add a cup of milk.
4. Mix until you obtain a fluid and homogeneous mixture. If not, add a little more milk.
5. Pour this mixture into a cake pan.
6. Cover generously with marshmallows.
7. Bake in grill mode at 200°C for 5 minutes.
8. Watch the cooking closely and take out as soon as the top begins to brown.
And there you have it, you have made a delicious recipe for fondant marshmallows :-)
