Enjoy 5 days, count calories for 2 days

Fasting is the fastest way to lose weight, but a drastic one. The 5:2 diet now makes it a viable option for everyone.

The promise: you can eat your favorite foods five days a week, as long as you limit your calorie intake to 500 calories the other two days. You can choose which two days are your fasting days. Because you always have to keep it up for a short time, it is easier for many people to keep it up.
