Give your panna cotta an extra touch.
for 4 to 6 people
* 60 ml Amarula
* 400 ml whipped cream
* 100 grams sugar
* 1 vanilla pod (cut open)
* 5 gelatine leaves
– Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
– Bring the cream, sugar and vanilla pod to a boil. Squeeze the gelatin well and add it.
– Press the mixture through a fine sieve and add the Amarula.
– Stir the Panna Cotta one more time and let it cool in molds for 4 to 5 hours.
