Recipe for fruit ice creams with mint

Nice and fresh as a snack or a summer end to your dinner. These homemade ice creams make you instantly happy.

Ingredients
for 8 pieces
Preparation time 25 minutes + 4½ hours freezing time

  • 2 kiwis
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 300 ml cherry juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice

Additional needed

  • 8 ice cream molds of ± 50 ml content
  • popsicle sticks

Get started
Peel and slice the kiwis. Clean the strawberries and cut them into slices. Wipe the blackberries and raspberries clean. Pluck the leaves from the mint sprigs. Stir the cherry juice with the lemon juice and 150 ml of water. Fill 2 ice cream molds with the kiwi slices and some mint leaves and pour in the orange juice. Always fill 2 ice cream molds with a type of fruit and mint leaves and divide the cherry juice over them. Place the molds in the holder and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then put the sticks in the ice cream and let it freeze for another 4 hours.
