With this tip you can vacuum pack food without the need for a vacuum sealer. All you need is a ziplock bag and a container of water.
Why would you vacuum freeze food? It stays fresh longer and you have more space in your freezer.
How do you do it?
Put the food in a ziplock bag. Close the bag a little bit. Partially submerge the bag in water, the pressure creates a vacuum. Check it out in the video below.
