Smoothie with peanut butter

Peanut butter is rich in proteins, which makes this smoothie very suitable to drink after exercise.

Blend the following ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 25 grams of peanut butter
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Don't feel like a smoothie? You can also make granola bars with peanut butter yourself.
