Spring rolls with strawberries, basil and chocolate sauce

Ingredients
For 10 rolls
Preparation:15 min. – Cooking time:5 min.

  • 250 g strawberries
  • ¼ cantaloupe melon
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4 kiwis
  • 10 rice sheets

For the chocolate sauce

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Cut the strawberries and the melon into small cubes. Mix them in a bowl with the basil and lime juice.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
  3. For the sauce, chop the chocolate finely and put the pieces in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until a smooth sauce is formed.
  4. Place the moist rice sheets each with the fruit mixture and place 3 slices of kiwi on top.
  5. Finish the rolls by folding the top over the filling. Fold the sides inwards, so that you get a kind of envelope and then roll the sheet up. Serve with the chocolate sauce.
