2x savory oatmeal

Fancy an easy meal and do you have little at home? You can also prepare a hearty meal with the oatmeal you use for breakfast.

1. Oatmeal with kale and avocado
Prepare the oats according to package instructions, but replace milk with water. Cut a kale leaf and half an avocado into small pieces and add it to the oatmeal. Season with chili flakes and possibly a pinch of salt.

2. Oatmeal with spinach and parmesan cheese
Fry a shallot, add two handfuls of spinach and let it wilt. Then add the oats and some water to make a paste. Then add milk, salt and pepper and put on low heat. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese.

Tip:fry an egg and top your oatmeal with it.
