Today we have inspiration for you again for a delicious Easter brunch dish. This time asparagus with smoked duck breast, raspberries and chervil.

This Crisp dish sounds more complicated than you think, but you are ready in 15 minutes. And nice that it is!

Recipe for 4 people, preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 green asparagus, cooked
  • 90 g smoked duck breast fillet
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 5 tbsp raspberry dressing
  • 3 sprigs of chervil

Preparation

  • Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
  • Remove the bottom 2 cm of the asparagus and cook them for 3 minutes.
  • Put the asparagus on a nice platter and sprinkle with half of the raspberry dressing and a few turns of black pepper. Now add the raspberries and duck breast, drizzle with the remaining dressing and garnish with picked chervil.
