To spoil yourself:vegan chocolate fudge with the perfect turmeric latte

Chocolate fudge and a delicious warming drink:the ideal way to spoil yourself during the lockdown.

In order to have a bit of a positive feeling during these boring times, we have here a delicious recipe to spoil yourself (and your roommates)!

Ingredients

For the chocolate fudge

  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
  • 40 ml coconut milk
  • 75 g hazelnuts brown
  • 50 g Tahini Dark sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup grade C
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • Coarse sea salt to taste

For the Turmeric Latte

  • 250 ml rice drink
  • 1 tsp Curcuma Vanilla Latte

Preparation method

  1. Break the chocolate into cubes.
  2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Keep about a third of the chopped hazelnuts aside.
  3. Put all ingredients, except the sea salt and 1/3 of the hazelnuts, in a saucepan. Heat slowly, while continuing to stir well. Once everything has melted, take the pan off the heat.
  4. Cover a square tray of about 12×12 cm with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the hazelnuts and sea salt to taste.
  5. Let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with a delicious Turmeric Latte. Mix 1 teaspoon of curcuma vanilla latte with a splash of hot rice drink. Mix until the powder is dissolved. Dilute up to 250 ml with warm (or ice-cold) rice drink. Enjoy!
