BREAKFAST

“At our house there are regularly pancakes with yogurt on the table. I also like to eat toasted bread with marmite, avocado, a poached egg and honey.”

LUNCH

“I usually go for a large cheese sandwich with pickles. I also love instant noodles. Simple and easy.”

DINNER

“We often eat rice and a chicken curry. Or baked salmon with roasted vegetables.”

INTERRUPTION

“I drink two liters of water a day. I add some lemon, lime or mint to that. And I drink a lot of tea. Favorite snacks are a handful of nuts, an apple with peanut butter or avocado with maple syrup.”

SPORT REGIME

“I walk five kilometers every morning. I also like to cycle and train with weights.”
