How to make a smoothie bowl?

You start with the heavy guns:a good blender. Because you work with frozen fruit, you need a blender of at least 1200 watts. Then you make the base of your smoothie. Take about 200 grams of frozen fruit and a ripe banana. Put this in the blender with a little (vegetable) milk, (coconut) water or (vegetable) yogurt. Make sure that the smoothie does not become too thin so that you can eat it with a spoon. Of course you can also add vegetables to the smoothie, such as a handful of spinach or an avocado. You immediately get those nice extra nutrients.

Then you will add the toppings. Choose good fats and superfoods, such as nuts (paste), chia seeds (or other kernels and seeds), blueberries or coconut chips. You can actually do whatever you want on it, so feel free to party.
