  • 200 G BACON
  • 8 EGGS
  • 2 ONIONS
  • 3 TABLESPOON PEANUT OIL
  • SEL
  • PEPPER

RECIPE

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Heat a blind frying pan and brown the bacon first, set aside and discard the fat from the pan. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and add the onions to brown.
  2. Beat the eggs in an omelette, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a large nonstick skillet. Pour in the eggs, then the onions and the bacon. Cook until the edges of the omelet are set. Turn the omelet over and continue cooking for 3 minutes, then roll it up. Serve immediately.
