INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ROLL OF PASTRY
  • 3 OLIVETTE TOMATOES
  • 3 ONIONS
  • 2 FRESH THYME SPRINGS
  • 4 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON STRONG MUSTARD
  • SALT AND PEPPER

THE RECIPE

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions over low heat until translucent and tender. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to tea. 6–180°C. Unroll the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and prick it with a fork. Spread the mustard over the dough.
