Three lasagna recipes

The recipe for classic Bolognese lasagna

Brown 2 onions in a little olive oil and add 400 g of ground beef. Leave to cook for 5 minutes then add 600 g of ready-made bolognese sauce in a jar. Then prepare a bechamel sauce:melt 125 g of butter then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix constantly until the mixture is homogeneous. Then pour half a liter of milk, whisking constantly, until the sauce has the desired consistency. In an oiled gratin dish, place a layer of lasagne sheets (purchased ready-made or homemade), then a layer of bolognese sauce, then a new layer of lasagne sheets, then a layer of béchamel and so on until when the ingredients run out. Finish with a layer of béchamel. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for around 45 minutes at 180°C.

The recipe for vegetarian lasagna with zucchini

To prepare this recipe for lasagna with zucchini and tomato sauce, start by cutting two zucchinis into rounds. Fry them for 10 minutes in the pan until they are tender. Then mix them with 600 g of ready-made or homemade tomato sauce. In an oiled gratin dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets then a layer of zucchini in tomato sauce and a few slices of mozzarella. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Finish with a layer of mozzarella and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve hot.

The recipe for salmon-spinach lasagna

This lasagna recipe is also delicious. Start by cooking 500g frozen spinach with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 chopped shallot. Then drain them carefully to remove as much water as possible. Then prepare a béchamel sauce (see the recipe in the first paragraph) and mix it with the cooked spinach (keep a little béchamel). Cut 300 g of fresh salmon into pieces. In an oiled gratin dish, place a layer of lasagne sheets. Pour the spinach preparation and a few cubes of fresh salmon. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Finish by pouring a layer of béchamel and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake and cook for 45 minutes.
