Cyril Lignac opens a chocolate factory

After his two bistros, and his four pastries, Cyril Lignac has decided to open this Tuesday, March 22, a Chocolaterie. Created with his sidekick, pastry chef Benoît Couvrand, this shop, open 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., offers the opportunity to buy or taste chocolate in all its forms:tablets, bars, hot chocolate, spreads, pastries and many more surprises. According to Le Figaro, you will have the choice between fifteen artisanal tablets. Made in a laboratory in Saint-Ouen, the “Origins” bars (from €6 to €6.50):dark Grand Cru Ecuador (62%) or Grand Cru Creation milk (35.5%); the “Inclusions” (€8):black grand cru sesame and green tea or grand cru milk nougatine and almonds; and sweets (€10), similar to Lindt Chocoletti already pre-cut in a tablet (each contains 18):grand cru milk caramel and marshmallow or dark grand cru mint.

A chocolate fair

You can also discover five chocolate bars (€5) with milk biscuit caramel or coconut/raspberry, revisiting the Mars, the Snickers or the Bounty. As for pastries, you will have the opportunity to fill your stomach for the modest sum of 6€ maximum. On the program:chocolate tart, éclair, Caribbean, hazelnut entremets, muffin, brownie, tonka brioche, chocolate-orange roll, chocolate tiger, chocolate-caramel cookie or macaroons.

And if you prefer pastries without chocolate? Don't worry:visitors can also come and enjoy this pretty "chocolate room", tasting the cakes they have bought in Cyril's pastry shop, just opposite. Our mouths are already watering! And you?
