Japan:an artist creates miniature cookies in the shape of (very) appetizing dishes

Anything small is cute, but also very appetizing in the case of miniature food creations by a Japanese artist. Chikoto Kawakami, a resident of Osaka, makes very realistic replicas of various and varied dishes:sushi, a hamburger and fries, red meat, salad, tomatoes, even a small piece of mozzarella as an accompaniment... young woman is not afraid of detail! The delicacy of its tiny dishes might lead one to believe that the ingredients are real, but that's before discovering that they are in fact no larger than a thumb!

Salty dishes… with a sweet taste!

And we save the best for last:the appetizers are real trompe-l'oeil! They do not have the taste at all that their composition suggests since they are simply cookies! The artist also creates creations with a sweet aspect, such as magnificent strawberry pies (worthy of a wedding meal!), blueberries, kiwi or even Christmas-themed cakes. We'll let you discover his enormous talent... As for us, we're not sure we'd dare to bite into these little wonders!
