Rosé ice cream arrives in the United States

Definitely, rosé seems to be the flagship drink of this year 2017. We have known for a few days that one of the best on the planet is sold for €7 by the Aldi brand, and that there is a deodorant scented with the aromas of beverage for those who would like the smell but not the taste (well, maybe not many people…). And it's not over ! Rosé is now available in the form of a product particularly consumed in the summer season:ice cream! Called Sonoma Rosé, the sorbet was created by the Californian ice cream parlor Smitten Ice Cream. It consists of a pinot noir rosé usually sold in a can, the Una Lou Rosé, which includes pinot noir grapes, as well as notes of grapefruit and strawberry. Perfect for a little break in the sun, right?

Sold only in the United States

It should be noted that the degree of alcohol contained in the ice cream amounts to 3.5% vol., but Una Lou Rosé still suggests adding a scoop or two to your glass of rosé (this may make you think of a revisited Norman hole, in the end). Unfortunately, Sonoma Rosé is only sold in the United States:those who cannot go to Smitten Ice Cream can have it delivered anywhere in the United States, but they must order 4.5 liters of ice for the sum of $109, or a hundred euros. Yes, it has a price to impress your friends with a brand new beautiful dessert... Would you be tempted to taste it? On our side, it convinces us more than pizza ice cream…
