  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 5 g cornstarch (1/2 tsp)

How to prepare a cheesecake?

  1. Mix the ingredients, then pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  2. Cook in a hot oven for 1h30 at 120 degrees (fan-assisted heat), when the cream is trembling, remove the dish from the oven.
  3. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature, then at least 3 hours in the fridge.
