How do you make a perfect vegan barbecue?

• 2 red peppers
• 1 courgette
• tofu
• seitan sausage
• garlic
• 2 red onions

Required herbs
• salt
• olive oil
• pepper
• rosemary and thyme, finely chopped

Preparation method
– Cut the vegetables, tofu and seitan into large cubes.
– Place the vegetables in a bowl and season with the oil, salt, pepper and the chopped herbs (rosemary and thyme).
– Saute garlic and form a sauce with the oil.
– Make skewers with the vegetables, tofu and seitan.
– Place the skewers on the grill and fry.
– Brush the skewer while grilling with the garlic sauce.
