Smoothie recipes

With the recipes below you can make the tastiest smoothies in no time. Put all the ingredients in the blender and add a nice garnish if you like, and you're done.

Carrot cake smoothie:

150 grams carrots
1 banana
150 ml My Milk
1 tsp cinnamon (or gingerbread spices)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
Optional :garnish of chopped walnuts

Schwarzwalder Kirsch cake smoothie:

1 ripe banana
150 grams frozen cherries
5 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
A dash of My Milk

Lemon cookie smoothie:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 tsp coconut oil
1-2 tsp chia seeds
Lemon juice
600ml My Milk
Optional:garnish with lemon zest and chia seeds

Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp coconut cream
1-2 tsp chia seeds
50 grams frozen strawberries
600ml My Milk
Optional:chia seed garnish

Banana bread smoothie:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp walnut paste
1 tsp flaxseed
Half a banana
600ml My Milk
Optional:cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed walnut garnish
