25 ml blank tequila
35 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
20 ml lemon juice
A little red chili

Method:

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Pour into a coupette glass and garnish with a little red chili.

15ml Savoia
40 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
50 ml prosecco
ice cubes
Rose petals and gold dust for decoration

Method:

Place ice cubes, Savoia and Italicus in a tumbler glass and stir. Top up with prosecco. Decorate with rose petals and gold dust.
