  • Preparation:15 min
  • Cooking:10 min
  • Complexity:Easy

Ingredients for 4 people

  • a log of goat cheese
  • a can of artichoke bottoms
  • olive tapenade
  • olive oil

Preparation

Pass the artichoke bottoms through a colander to drain them, then arrange them in an oven dish.

Garnish each base with a little tapenade, add a slice of goat cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Pepper to taste.

Put the dish in the oven thermostat 4, 160°C, and leave to brown for about 10 minutes.

This small starter goes very well with a salad with vinaigrette.

Note

Growing artichokes in the garden is very easy, so you can be sure of the quality and that your artichokes are organic. The artichoke culture sheet is available on the Le Monde website.
