Béchamel sauce

Ingredients for 1/2 liter of sauce

  • 60g flour
  • 60g of butter
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan. Add the flour, stirring with a whisk.

Bring the milk to a boil, then gradually pour the milk over the butter/flour mixture while whisking.

Season

Simmer for a few minutes.
