Vegetable soup

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 1Leek
  • 1Heart of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 turnips
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut the vegetables.

Cook the onions first, then the rest of the vegetables over low heat with the butter.

Mix.

Add water and boil for 20min.

N.B. :You can add a tablespoon of fresh cream, the soup will be all the smoother
