Asian cooking at home

Of course, by simply seeing the title you will say to yourself that to eat real good Asian cuisine, nothing beats the little Chinese restaurant on the corner. You may not be wrong, however, if you love to cook and are a bit curious, you may be tempted to succumb to the temptation of preparing a typical Asian menu yourself.

However, before you even start cooking, think carefully about what kind of flavors you want to experiment with. Indeed, Asian cuisine is not limited to Japanese sushi or Chinese lacquered duck... Even if these grocery stores are full of “rare” ingredients for Westerners, they do not always have the essential ingredient! If you walk into a Chinese grocery store, you might only find Chinese ingredients there and therefore not find the Vietnamese nuoc-mâm that you sorely need...
