Salad of prawns with cucumber and chilli

Ingredients:4 people
  • large cooked shrimp
    250 g
  • long cucumber
  • fresh ginger
    20 g
  • Thai basil lemon balm or mint
    2 sprigs
  • cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons
  • grapeseed or peanut oil
    4 tablespoons
  • fresh pepper
  • salt

  • Preparation time:15 minutes

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin strips and then into sticks.

Put in a bowl, pour the vinegar, salt, add the chilli cut in four, then the oil and emulsify.

Shell the prawns.

Chop the basil or mint leaves.

Put the cucumber slices in a salad bowl, pour over the contents of the bowl, mix, add the prawns and the herbs, mix again and serve immediately.
