Thai Chicken Salad

Ingredients:Cooked chicken (flesh), green onion and red onion, cilantro* and toasted sesame seeds, some romaine leaves, fresh ginger, tomato, Taïllandaise vinaigrette .

Julienne the chicken.

Peel and slice the onions.

Peel and seed the tomato, cut into a brunoise.

Peel and finely dice the ginger.

Toast the sesame seeds.

Trim and wash the romaine leaves.

Prepare the dressing*

Arrange the different elements harmoniously on a plate.

Present the sauce in a sauce boat.

Thai Dressing Ingredients
2 oranges (juice)
2 limes (juice)
45 ml soy sauce
30 ml rice vinegar
30 ml sesame oil
15 ml minced ginger
2 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. spiced chili flakes

Cilantro also known as Chinese parsley, is the leaf of the coriander plant.

Although cilantro and coriander come from the same plant, they taste different from each other and cannot be interchanged in cooking.

The taste of cilantro is unique, it is a mixture of parsley and orange peel.
