Fruit skewer with roasted chocolate and vanilla ice cream

Peel the pineapple, leaving its green feather duster. Remove his eyes. Cut it into four or six wedges lengthwise.

Squeeze the lemon to collect the juice.

Peel and cut the pears into four wedges. Remove the core and lemon them immediately.

Peel and lemon the bananas.

Prick the fruit onto skewers. Place the skewers on a rack over the ash-covered embers for 5-6 minutes.

Turn them halfway through cooking. When they are cooked, place them on plates. sprinkle with sugar. Put them back on the heat for a few minutes to caramelize slightly.

Arrange large chocolate bars on a plate. Arrange the skewers on plates with the scoop of ice cream.

Each guest will roast their chocolate as they go by sticking it on a skewer, or by placing it in tongs, then constantly turning it over embers.

Bananas can also be cooked in their skins, buried under the ashes.
