Cinnamon ice cream


Ingredients:6 people
  • milk
    1/2 liter
  • egg yolks
    4
  • sugar
    100 g
  • cinnamon
    1 teaspoon
  • cream
    2 tablespoons
  • rum
    1 teaspoon


Preparation:
  • 3 for freezing
  • Preparation time:15 minutes


Boil the milk with the cinnamon.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy, pour the milk over this mixture and thicken over low heat.

Let cool and add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and rum.

Glaze.

Serve in cups.
