Express chocolate cake:quick indulgence

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 300g chocolate
  • 200g corn flakes
  • icing sugar

Start by softening the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Put the cornflakes in the oven, until the chocolate is ready. Then pour the softened chocolate over the cornflakes. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour everything into a previously buttered springform pan and put in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Remember to pack well to have a sufficiently compact cake.

When the cake has cooled down, you can take it out and unmold it. Sprinkle with icing sugar and chocolate shavings as desired.
