Chocolate ganache

Ingredients

  • 250 gr of dessert chocolate
  • 25 cl of fresh cream

Preparation

Heat the fresh cream until it boils, then turn off the heat. Throw in the chocolate in pieces and cover.

Wait a few minutes and stir vigorously to mix everything well.

The paste obtained must be liquid, homogeneous and unctuous. As it cools, it will solidify further.

The ganache can thus be flavored with rum, vanilla, coffee...
