Hot chocolate with spices

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 25 gr baking chocolate
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch of four spices

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into ¼ liter of milk. Heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring. The whole must be creamy, and the chocolate melted.

Gradually add the rest of the milk and cook for ten minutes.

Observations

You can garnish your cups with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon
