preheat the oven to Th.5/6 (160°C)
Preparation of the chocolate cream:
in a saucepan, pour 200 ml of milk, 100 ml of cream and the chocolate broken into pieces. Ask your mom to heat and melt the chocolate.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the egg yolks, 40 g of sugar and the flour. Pour over the chocolate milk and mix everything together. Using a ladle, divide the preparation into small individual dishes.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Next, prepare the fondant:put the gelatine sheets to soften in a bowl of water. Ask your mum to heat the remaining 200ml of milk in a saucepan and add the drained gelatin, stir until melted.
Mix the peeled banana with the milk containing the gelatin, 50 ml of cream and the remaining sugar. Add the coconut then pour everything into a small gratin dish covered with transparent film paper. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
To finish, place them on the chocolate creams.
