White chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 180 g of white baking chocolate
  • 20 cl of liquid cream

Preparation

Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl.

While it cools, beat the whipped cream. Add the melted chocolate, mixing gently.

Divide the mousse into 4 individual ramekins and leave for several hours in the refrigerator, so that it is firm.
