Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Whisk the whole eggs in a bowl. Pour the melted chocolate with the butter over the eggs and mix.

Pour into individual buttered ramekins.
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), for 7 to 10 minutes depending on your oven and the size of the moulds.
Watch closely because the heart should be melting and flowing as soon as the spoon cuts it!
The mixture can be prepared in advance in the moulds, left in the fridge for a few hours:the result will only be better!
