Xavier-style chocolate cream

Ingredients

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of grated chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk

Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar and salt.

Remove from the heat and add the grated chocolate.

Put back on the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, being careful.

In another container, beat the egg yolks with the cold milk, and add this mixture to the first one.

Mix everything well on the fire without burning the preparation.

Finally, pour into a salad bowl and leave to cool.
