Ingredients (for about 20 medium sized cookies)
Preheat your oven to 240° (thermostat 8).
First, in a large container, combine the flour, baking powder, white sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
In another container, mix the egg and the melted butter.
Once you are done, mix the two preparations.
Add the nuggets or possibly other ingredients (almonds, oatmeal, etc.) according to your tastes, and mix everything gently.
Finally, place the cookie dough on your baking sheet covered with parchment paper in small domes of about 5/6 centimeters, and bake for 10 minutes.
Once they are cooked, take them out of the oven and wait a bit before peeling them off.
